Our items are either Ready Stock or Preorder.

• Ready Stock: If an item is ready stock, there will be no special mention in the title or product introduction. Orders will be delivered within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
• Preorder: Preorder items will have a title starting with [PREORDER], and the introduction will include the closing date for preorders and an estimated arrival date. Delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks, as these items are produced in Korea and shipped to Malaysia, where we perform trimming and quality checks before dispatching.

You can check the shipping confirmation email we send you. It includes a tracking link where you can view your delivery status.

Yes! We offer free shipping for all Malaysia orders over RM100.
Shipping rates for orders below RM100 are as follows:

• West Malaysia: RM4.90 flat rate
• East Malaysia: RM10.00 flat rate

Delivery takes 2–5 business days for ready stock items within Malaysia. Please note that delays may occur during peak periods such as sales and product launches.

Orders containing both ready stock and preorder items will be split into two shipments:

• Ready stock items will be dispatched according to our usual processing time.
• Preorder items will be shipped once all items in the same invoice have arrived. (This applies to local/Malaysian orders only.)
