Shipping Information for Malaysia

Deliveries may take longer than usual during peak periods such as sales or product launches. While we strive to process all orders quickly, some delays may occur.

• Malaysia – 2–5 Business Days (for ready stock beauty & lifestyle products)
• Free shipping on orders over RM100
• Shipping fees for orders below RM100:
  • West Malaysia: RM4.90 flat rate
  • East Malaysia: RM10.00 flat rate

Shipping of Orders with Both Ready Stock and Preorder Items

We will split such orders into two shipments:

• Ready stock items are dispatched first.
• Preorder items will be sent once all items from the same invoice are available.
